Nexus Group. If a contract is awarded to Nexus Group, as a
result of, or in connection with, the submission of this
Proposal, any right to duplicate, use or disclose the data
will be to the extent provided in the resulting agreement.
This restriction does not limit the rights of the recipient
to use information contained in the data if it is rightfully
obtained from another source without restriction.
